Xobni

Xobni (Inbox spelled backwards) is a powerful Outlook add-on which is so great I can't believe it's free. It has several functions which makes email management as easy as point and click. After it's installed, the Xobni client becomes a sidebar in Outlook and can be closed or opened as needed.
